Job Summary:

' Perform quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process ' Create Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs) and maintain all required documentation ' Review and approve Certificates of Analysis (COAs), MSDS/SDS, and release drums for shipment ' Support raw material sampling, testing, and incoming shipment inspection ' Conduct weekly internal audits (clean room, wet room, warehouse) and water testing ' Assist with label revisions, reference sheets, FTIR forms, and documentation updates ' Investigate non-conformances and out-of-specification issues with the QU Manager ' Log commercial sales, returns, and COA tracking ' Provide customer service backup (phone, email, and web inquiries) ' Communicate effectively with Production, Operations, and Customer Service teams ' Participate in the
