Incoming QA Inspector -
Allentown, PA Pay:
$20.25-$23.25/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM HTSS is seeking an experienced Incoming QA Inspector to join a growing pharmaceutical and contract packaging team. This position is responsible for ensuring incoming materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through detailed inspection, testing, and documentation processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform visual and physical inspections of incoming packaging materials, components, and bulk products Sample, evaluate, document, and release materials according to SOPs and specifications Conduct IR and Global Vision testing Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation Support compliance with cGMPs, regulatory requirements, and customer standards Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits Review peer documentation and assist with training team members as needed Help ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous compliance
Qualifications:
Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or contract packaging environment Experience performing incoming inspections and material releases Familiarity with SOPs, quality documentation, and compliance requirements Experience with IR and Global Vision systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Why Apply?
