Job Description

DB Integrations, an AS9100D certified business, works in the ever-expanding field of aviation. We are a rapidly growing company, who is searching for a dedicated quality specialist to assist in product validation and QMS maintenance. The responsibility of this position includes testing of mechanical and electrical assemblies while maintaining records that meet the strict requirements of the aerospace industry.
Job Summary:
Perform product ATP's (acceptance test procedure) for parts/assemblies fabricated by DBI. This includes mechanical and electrical products for the aviation industry. Work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain quality documents and assist in procedural updates as needed. Create and maintain quality documents and SOP's. Effectively uses process, equipment, tooling and maintain standard operating procedures. Cares for parts in accordance with procedures (Corrosion Protection/Handling/ FOD). Work to standard and contributes to continuous improvement; communicates issues to Supervisor in a timely manner. Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with certified quality management systems (QMS). Ability to understand engineering schematics. Proficient in Windows and MacOS. Familiarity with testing and measurement equipment.

Electrical and mechanical aptitude. Strong oral and written communication. Ability to handle and prioritize dynamic workload. Ability to self-manage and successfully work with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills. Ability/Willingness to learn new job tasks. Strong Attention to Detail.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required.

$17.50 - $25.00 per hour
