Job Summary The Final Assembly Technician is responsible for preparing completed trucks for quality control inspection by ensuring all finishing, installation, and testing tasks are completed to company standards. Key Responsibilities Clean trucks, including body and compartments, to ensure a professional final appearance Mount and install required equipment, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and document holders Perform stability testing and verify proper operation Conduct aerial time and water testing as required Accurately record truck weight and height measurements Apply non-skid materials where needed Perform touch-up painting to ensure a high-quality finish Ensure all components meet safety and quality standards prior to QC inspection Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety procedures Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in a production environment Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility setting May require standing for extended periods and lifting materials Why TIME Manufacturing?
