job summary: Looking for a CMM Operator in Mountainhome, PA. Join Our Client, an industry leader redefining the future of aerospace! We seek innovators with a HS diploma and 1+ years of CMM programming experience. Elevate your career and help build a more connected and sustainable world.

Mountainhome, Pennsylvania job type: Contract salary: $20.93 - 29.30 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Set up, program (e.g., Calypso), and troubleshoot CMM equipment while utilizing precision hand tools to perform comprehensive dimensional analyses and inspections.

Analyze and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, models, and GD&T to ensure accurate manufacturing standards.

Document inspection results to generate formal quality reports, including FAIRs, while maintaining strict tool calibration and standard safety procedures.

Identify nonconformances, communicate critical findings to engineering and production teams, and actively support root-cause investigations.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives and provide hands-on training to operators and inspectors on print reading and proper measurement techniques.
