Join Our TeamIf youre passionate about quality, compliance, and clinical excellence in crisis services, consider joining Lenape Valley Foundations Crisis Services team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This full-time position is based in Doylestown (Bucks County) and offers a full-time weekday schedule.
This role is ideal for experienced crisis professionals who enjoy reviewing clinical work, analyzing data, supporting staff development, and driving continuous quality improvement.

Masters degree and prior QA, data, or KPI experience preferredMinimum of 2 years direct crisis service delivery experience, including mobile and/or emergency crisis servicesRobust knowledge of Pennsylvania crisis services and involuntary commitment procedures (MHPA)Experience with clinical documentation review, audits, or quality improvement processesProficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record (EHR) documentationValid drivers license and willingness to travel between sites in Bucks CountyAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation Your RoleConduct routine and targeted clinical chart audits to ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, and organizational standardsMonitor documentation quality, clinical appropriateness, and risk assessments across crisis programsTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly data trendsIdentify patterns, risks, and opportunities for quality improvementProvide real-time clinical and administrative support and coaching to crisis staffAssist with training related to documentation standards, regulatory requirements, assessment skills, and best practices for comprehensive, trauma-informed crisis services deliverySupport internal and external audits (state, county, managed care)Collaborate with program leadership to support continuous quality improvement initiativesMaintain familiarity with core crisis service functions and assist operationally during high-demand periods About Lenape Valley FoundationSince 1958, Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) has been a trusted non-profit provider of essential human services in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
