Construction Quality Assurance Technician

Description Isett's Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) group is searching for motivated construction professionals to bridge the gap between design and construction . Inspection certifications including ACI concrete Field-testing Technician Grade I and Nuclear Gauge Safety training, and relative experience are desired. Responsibilities:

Inspection and testing of construction materials in both laboratory and field environments to verify conformance to construction plans and specifications. Collection of data and preparation of reports. Schedule management and time tracking. Adhere to construction site safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment. Develop and foster relationships with clients, contractors, project manager, etc.

ACI Concrete Field-testing Technician Grade I - Inspection Certification Works collectively as part of a team while having the self-motivated ability to work remotely, efficiently, and independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills with timely responsiveness (phone, email, text) Maintain professionalism while managing relationships with associates, clients and contractors. Detail oriented; possessing basic writing skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel) Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.
