Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our clients production team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet company quality standards by monitoring production processes, performing routine inspections, and addressing any quality issues in real time.
FULL TIME
Monday-Friday 2:45PM-12:00AM $15.00HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and verify product weights, torque levels, and pack-out accuracy Conduct hourly inspections of product weights and report any out-of-spec issues to the line leader and maintenance team Check hopper temperature at least once per hour and notify appropriate personnel if adjustments are needed Report any deviations to the line leader Remain on the line until the issue has been resolved Label placement Cleanliness of containers (dirt, grease, etc.) Report aesthetic or quality concerns to both the line leader and supervisor Collect product samples from the beginning, middle, and end of each production run Approve finished goods by placing a green QC approval sticker on pallets within 5 minutes of production completion Communicate effectively with production staff to maintain quality and efficiency
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or production preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of production equipment and quality standards Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting May require standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
