Job Description
Description FS‑Elliott is looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven Inspector who takes pride in ensuring products meet the highest standards. If you enjoy solving problems, working with precision tools, and being part of a team that values quality and safety, this role is for you. This opening is for second shift only! Key Responsibilities Perform product inspections to verify conformance with specifications Use standard mechanical/electrical instruments, gauges, and test rigs Complete documentation including process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material reports Review and analyze test data for compliance; report abnormalities Maintain accurate GMP‑compliant records, logbooks, and forms Conduct internal quality audits Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues Assist in creating or revising SOPs Manage Defective Material Reporting (DMR) area and coordinate containment actions Review product returns and collaborate with other departments Follow all safety regulations and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned Skills Knowledge and Expertise Understanding of manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, and safety procedures Experience in quality assessment or improvement preferred Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; SAP experience preferred Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and
