  • Experts in Wire Harness Manufacturing Qualastat is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to support our quality assurance efforts in wire harness manufacturing.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality products to aerospace and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished wire harness assemblies Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product conformity Maintain and review quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment Manage and track limited shelf-life materials to ensure proper usage and compliance Ensure adherence to customer and industry standards, with knowledge of AS9100 and
ISO 9001
Qualifications:
Knowledge of AS9100 and
ISO 9001
quality standards required Familiarity with J-STD-001 and
IPC/WHMA-A-620
standards a plus IPC certification is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Prior experience in electronics or wire harness manufacturing is preferred Strong communication and time management skills Must be able to pass a background check Fluent in English (read, speak, and write)
