Job Description

Effex is looking for motivated Fulfillment Quality Inspectors for a manufacturing client. No experience? No problem — we provide on-site training! As a Fulfillment Quality Inspector , you will be responsible for auditing documentation, inspecting in-process production, and ensuring all products meet customer specifications. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position Summary:
The Fulfillment Quality Inspector audits required documentation related to Point of Purchase displays and performs inspections of in-process production to ensure quality standards are met.
Shift Details:
Full-Time 1st Shift - $16.50 per hour 2nd Shift - $17.00 per hour

Follow all company policies, safety rules, cGMP standards, and product specifications Maintain communication with Quality Supervisors, Leads, and Production teams Understand customer-specific project requirements, lot coding, and expiration guidelines Verify production meets customer specifications Perform inspections on in-process production, finished components, and finished goods Accurately document inspection results using established forms Monitor product quality and record defects to reduce waste Escalate quality concerns to supervisors when necessary Assist production teams in understanding quality standards and tolerances Collect customer samples as required Meet productivity, labor, and quality goals Maintain a safe work environment and report unsafe conditions Attend required meetings and trainings Follow all company policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned
Decision Making:
Perform routine inspections and tasks under direct supervision Follow established procedures and standards Escalate complex issues to supervisors or Quality Leads Seek guidance when necessary
Interactions:
Work closely with co-workers, supervisors, and production staff
Qualifying Criteria:
High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read, recognize numbers, and understand sequences Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Strong attention to detail Ability to work overtime, including weekends when needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures Ability to work around machinery and forklift traffic Able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to interpret diagrams and visual instructions Strong communication skills across diverse teams Adaptable to changing work conditions
