Job Description

Overview We are looking for an person to intern in our Quality Assurance department.
Responsibilities Contract Review Assistance:
Support the Quality team in reviewing customer contracts, sales orders, and purchase orders to ensure all quality, technical, and compliance requirements are identified and properly flowed down. Review and Approval of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE): Assist in evaluating and organizing documentation such as Material Test Reports (MTRs), nondestructive testing (NDT) results, dimensional inspection reports, and other required certifications to verify conformance with specifications and customer requirements.
Nonconformance Evaluation:
Support the investigation of nonconforming material by gathering data, reviewing inspection findings, and helping document discrepancies within the quality management system.
Root Cause & Corrective Action Support:
Participate in root cause analysis activities and assist in drafting corrective and preventive action responses to improve processes and prevent recurrence. Qualifications Strong attention to detail for reviewing contracts, specifications, and inspection documentation. Analytical problem‑solving skills to support nonconformance investigations and root cause analysis activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools, including:

Excel, Word, Outlook OneDrive and SharePoint for document management and collaboration Microsoft Visio for process mapping or diagram creation Microsoft Planner for task tracking and workflow organization Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt within a fast‑paced quality environment. Ability to work independently with guidance, while remaining reliable and team‑oriented. Professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer or inspection documentation.
