Job Description

About the Role As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will serve as a guardian of product integrity, ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets the highest safety and quality standards. You will utilize your technical expertise in laboratory testing and process monitoring to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across our production lines. Responsibilities Monitor and enforce strict food safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the facility to ensure regulatory compliance. Perform precise qualitative and quantitative laboratory testing, including aseptic microbial analysis, to validate product specifications. Calibrate critical laboratory and production line instrumentation to maintain data accuracy and reliability. Collect and analyze in-process and finished product samples, documenting results to support data-driven decision-making. Identify, isolate, and document non-conforming products, while actively troubleshooting root causes to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HACCP and safety committees, to optimize production efficiency and safety standards. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment. Commitment to safety and adherence to strict hygiene and PPE policies. Preferred Skills Associate's degree in a related scientific or technical field. Two or more years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment. HACCP certification or equivalent food safety training. Demonstrated experience in project coordination or team leadership.
