This role is essential to maintaining the high standards our customers expect across industries like Aerospace, Electronics, Medical, Military, Life Sciences, and Test Equipment. Responsibilities Perform first article, final, plating and AS9102 inspections Calibrate and maintain in-house gages and instruments Use micrometers, drop indicators, calipers, and optical comparators Write inspection reports and non-conformance forms Assist internal teams by answering quality-related questions and resolving issues Maintain organized digital records and support ISO documentation requirements Qualifications Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators) CMM experience (preferred) Familiarity with tight tolerances (tenths and thousandths) Strong organizational and computer skills (e.g., data entry, report writing, file management) Friendly, collaborative attitude with a problem-solving mindset Understanding of ISO quality systems (preferred)
