PM Responsibilities and Duties:

Approve in-process production by confirming specifications for start-up, conducting visual and measurement tests. Perform audits of in-process product packed boxes, label, tape and tag approved boxes. Tag First/Last Shot for each production run and store. Provide guidance on acceptable and reject items conditions to production and initiate questions on requirements not know when necessary. Communicate with production foreman, crew leader, operators and others as required when issues are identified in-process to facilitate correction. Place product on hold for sorting/re-work when required. Perform sorting/rework and confirming sort/re-work when required. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and scrap. Monitor level of supplies needed to complete job responsibilities and submit requests for items to be ordered. Document and communicate process and product standards for Production use The job responsibilities listed are the essential functions of the position; management reserves the right to assign other tasks as necessary to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.

Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Blue Print/Drawing reading. General knowledge of use of inspection tools including, but not limited to: Micrometer, Caliper, Pin Gauges and Height Indicator. Basic computer use skills. Able to follow verbal and written instructions. Able to work with minimal supervision. Must be available to work mandatory overtime on weekends. Must be willing to work voluntary overtime occasionally. Must be willing to come in early and/or stay over to support vacation/call-off coverage.

Available to work any shift:

12-8, 8-4, 4-12. Must be available for training on 8-4 shift. Able to lift 25 lbs. Drug Screen What's in it for you?
