Job Title:
Quality Assurance Engineer I (Temporary
  • 3 Months) 📍 Lititz/Lancaster, PA | 💼 Full-Time | 💲 $24
  • 33/hour Overview We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer I for a 3-month temporary assignment , ideal for a recent engineering graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in quality systems and manufacturing.
This role will focus primarily on administrative quality support and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities. Key Responsibilities Perform and document First Article Inspections (FAI) Provide administrative support for quality processes and reporting Assist with contract and requirements reviews, quality planning, and compliance with AS9100 standards Support nonconformance tracking, corrective actions (FRACAS), and customer complaints Provide general quality support for circuit card assemblies, cables, and electro-mechanical products Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (recent grads encouraged to apply) or equivalent QA experience Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Exposure to technical drawings, measurement tools, or basic electrical concepts is a plus Additional Details 1st shift | 9/80 schedule Primarily administrative and inspection-focused work Occasional off-hours or travel may be required If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
