Job Description

Isett's Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) team is looking for driven, hands-on professionals who enjoy working outdoors and want to play a critical role in bringing construction projects to life. Our team-oriented culture, meaningful work, and strong commitment to professional growth make this an exciting place to build your career. ✅ Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) ✅ Award-winning culture & workplace recognition ✅ Clear growth paths with certification support ✅ Healthy work-life balance What You'll Do Perform field and laboratory testing and inspections of construction materials Ensure projects meet plans, specifications, and quality standards Collect data and prepare detailed reports Manage schedules and track field time effectively Maintain and promote safe jobsite practices Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and love for outdoor, hands-on work Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and terrain Clear, professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Nuclear Gauge Safety Training Prior construction inspection/testing experience Physical & General Requirements Ability to stand, walk, reach, balance, and lift up to 50 lbs ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Grade I Certification Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to local project sites Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) Ability to obtain PA clearances (Act 34, 114, 151) What We Offer We invest in our employees with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package:
