Job Description

Job Title Quality Assurance Acceptance Inspector Lead Job Description Ensure product quality and compliance by executing inspections, documenting nonconformances, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with operations to resolve issues and meet performance metrics.
Your role:
Manage daily operational data, lead team meetings, and coordinate priorities to meet business and customer needs. Ensure alignment and effective communication across the team. Execute incoming inspections and final release activities within warehouse and distribution settings. Confirm product quality and adherence to established standards. Perform delivery hold activities and collaborate with quality assurance and operations teams to complete required tasks. Maintain quality standards throughout the process. Create and manage nonconformance records, review device history and materials, and ensure all quality documentation is accurate and compliant. Support resolution of quality issues with relevant stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization activities. Track team metrics and ensure compliance with quality system requirements and training records. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in any regulated industry. Your skills include a working familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of quality system requirements. You have at least a high school diploma. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position. You're a team-oriented professional with strong accountability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Demonstrates problem-solving, urgency, resilience, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective communication across cross-functional and global teams. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is an onsite role. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $27.00 to $42.00 per hour (overtime eligible). The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
