New Kensington, PA 15068 Overview The Process Quality Technician supports manufacturing quality systems, process validation activities, product transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role assists with quality assurance processes, root cause investigations, corrective actions, process monitoring, audits, and data analysis to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Job Description Perform quality technician and quality assurance activities to support manufacturing quality systems. Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and product transfer activities. Support Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) assessments and associated process controls. Participate in Manufacturing Process Development and Design Transfer activities. Conduct process validation protocols and coordinate production builds for validation efforts. Analyze data and prepare reports related to validation activities, process improvements, and operational performance. Assist in investigating nonconformances and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Monitor and manage Non-Conformances (NC) and Quality Notifications (QN). Perform detailed audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor production processes and identify trends. Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues. Support Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), and Purchasing activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and risk assessment activities. Maintain technical documentation and quality records. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field with Vocational Education, OR No prior experience required with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
