You will leverage your technical skills in CMM operations and quality control to mentor staff, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead inspection tem use multiple quality tools operate and program manual and CNC CMM machines to perform precise measurements and inspections
Education:
High School Experience:
36 months  Minimum 3-5 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, with proven expertise in manual and CNC CMM operations  Strong leadership abilities, with experience supervising or mentoring teams  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for high-precision quality work  Proficiency reading blueprints and using metrology software (e.g., PC-DMIS)  High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector) preferred
