Job Description

You are applying for a position through Medix, a staffing agency. The actual posting represents a position at one of our clients. Job Summary Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to be responsible for generating inspection reports, adhering to quality policies and procedures, and inspecting simple electrical and mechanical parts and assemblies. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the generation of inspection reports. Read parts lists, manufacturing drawings, inspection instructions, wiring diagrams or schematics, and engineering change notices. Use calipers/micrometers for measurements. Must adhere to quality policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Responsible for the inspection of simple electrical and mechanical parts and assemblies. Perform simple MRP transactions as related to QA. Qualifications 12+ months experience with Quality Assurance Caliper and/or micrometer experience preferred Experience 12+ months experience in Quality Assurance. Skills Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers. Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
