Job Description
Quality Technician II Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician II to support quality assurance operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for advanced inspections, process monitoring, documentation compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, experience with precision measurement systems, and a solid understanding of injection molding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Inspection Perform and document first-piece inspections including visual, dimensional, and functional testing Inspect parts from new molds and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance Utilize OGP (Optical Gaging Products) and precision measurement equipment Apply SPC techniques to monitor production trends and ensure process control Documentation & Compliance Ensure batch records are accurate, complete, and meetISO 13485
