Job Description

Quality Assurance Associate We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Assurance Associate to help strengthen our commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a methodical professional with a strong foundation in quality systems and continuous improvement, capable of elevating our services in terms of accuracy, consistency, safety, and standardization. In this role, you will support a variety of quality assurance activities—including inspections, audits, training, and process improvements—to ensure the highest standards across our logistics operations. You will play a key role in fostering a culture where quality is embedded in every aspect of daily work. Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Systems & Compliance Maintain and ensure compliance with company quality assurance standards and procedures Manage complaint and nonconformance processes, including documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Monitor adherence to operational standards and protocols across assigned service areas Support regulatory compliance and ensure alignment with external requirements Inspections, Audits & Reporting Conduct and oversee operational inspections to verify quality conformance Support internal and external audits, including customer and third-party quality assessments Document QA activities through detailed reporting and audit records Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, and performance trends Process Improvement & Risk Management Investigate service complaints and quality issues to ensure timely and compliant resolution Identify recurring issues through data analysis and problem logs Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations Monitor risk management processes and proactively recommend improvements Documentation & SOP Management Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Ensure documentation consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across teams Training & Culture Development Identify training needs and deliver guidance to ensure company-wide compliance Provide training and support to warehouse and operations teams on systems, policies, and procedures Promote a strong quality culture and employee engagement in quality standards Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with operations, safety, CSR, and environmental teams to track and achieve performance goals Support stakeholder requests related to quality improvements and compliance Qualifications Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Experience in quality assurance, logistics, or operations environments preferred Knowledge of quality systems, audits, and root cause analysis methods Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives Proficiency in quality tracking systems and reporting tools What Success Looks Like Consistently high compliance with QA standards Measurable improvements in quality KPIs and reduced nonconformance rates Effective audit outcomes with minimal findings Increased employee engagement in quality practices
