Full-time Summary:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor oversees quality systems and processes to ensure products, materials, and manufacturing activities meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. This role manages consumer complaints, supports investigations and corrective actions, maintains quality documentation and SOPs, and works closely with cross-functional teams to improve quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee consumer complaint investigations, documentation, customer updates, and replacement product shipments. Maintain quality records, metrics, SOPs, and the Quality Management System. Support inspection, testing, evaluation, and disposition of non-conforming materials. Monitor compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and company quality standards. Coordinate with departments to improve quality, safety, training, and process efficiency. Supervise quality-related activities, resolve work issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred; GMP experience required. Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and quality systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$75,000.00 per year
