Role:

We are seeking a full-time first shift detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and driving operational excellence across our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing in-process and final inspections, identifying and documenting non-conformances and coordinating inspection activities with production teams. The position will be based out of our Waynesboro, PA facility, and reports to the Quality Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily in-process and final inspections of products per approved plans and prints
• Identify and document product non-conformances
• Complete all required quality reports and documentation per unit
• Collaborate with production management to coordinate daily inspection requirements
• Assist in developing quality-related policies, procedures, and workmanship standards
• Release finished products after passing all inspection criteria
