As an RSA employee, you are protected under OSHA guidelines. You will be subjected to wear Personal Protective Equipment under certain circumstances. Quality Technician:
Wage:
$18-23, Depending on Experience Follows basic quality techniques, including calibration, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on materials, processes, and products to ensure they meet RSA's quality standards. Collecting, organizing, monitoring, and distributing information related to quality and process improvement functions. Not limited to complying with and documenting these quality management standards, such as
ISO 9001.
Generating reports using computer skills and distributing those reports to various employees at RSA or to outside customers and vendors.
Daily Routine Quality Inspection of:
- FAI (First Article Inspections)
- Subassemblies
- Full Assemblies
- Wiring Assemblies
Control Panels Daily Tooling/Equipment Use:
- Torque Screwdrivers, Socket wrenches, and drills
- Non-torque Screwdrivers, socket wrenches, and drills
- Voltmeters/Multimeters
- Personal Protective Equipment
Computer Weekly/Monthly Duties:
- May be subject to perform small internal audits for follow ups with Corrective Actions Reports
- Quality tool inspection
- Reporting to quality team on any concerns, trends in product supply, or any other suggestions for continuous improvement. Quality management review. Core Competencies Basic Computer Usage
- Navigating through RS Automation's internal electronic resources
- Experience with Microsoft Office Demonstrates Basic Understanding of Electricity
