Digital QA (Technical)

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Technical QA to join a leading banking client within their marketing team. This is a hybrid role and requires 3x/week on site Chicago.

Role Overview:

The Technical QA adheres to an established checklist and process to ensure all emails, automations, and customer journeys work perfectly

• links, personalization, audience, automation
• before anything goes live.

This role involves close collaboration with the email, campaign, and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• QA technical implementation (dynamic content behavior, data
• driven logic, basic validations).
• Validate functional requirements, links, tracking parameters, and rendering.
• Execute testing in Litmus and document defects clearly.
• Ensure compliance with defined process/checklists; validate post-fix readiness.
