King of Prussia, PA Position Description:
Own end‑to‑end coordination of patching, reboots, and releases across 30+ systems Manage ITSM tickets (Ivanti/ServiceNow) and act as central point across Dev, QA, Infra, and PM teams Drive release readiness (checklists, validation, checkpoints) to ensure production‑ready changes Communicate outages, releases, and impacts; support go‑live and ensure production stability Build reporting, dashboards, and metrics; review requirements to catch gaps/risks and support CI/CD‑aligned releases
Required Skills:
3+ years experience in Release Coordination coordinating releases, deployments, or patching cycles across multiple systems Strong understanding of SDLC, testing environments, and release processes Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Ivanti, ServiceNow, etc.) Ability to drive release readiness and hold teams accountable for quality and timelines Strong communication skills across Dev, QA, Infra, and business stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Experience working with release reporting, dashboards, or metrics tracking Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, tracking, reporting) Ability to review and interpret requirements, identifying gaps or inconsistencies Strong troubleshooting mindset with ability to escalate and resolve issues quickly
