Jr. Content Tester Apply for this job world-globe-glyph Pensacola, FL / Full-time Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Jr. Content Tester to support a program onsite• at Pensacola, FL. •Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements. We have an excellent opportunity for a Content Tester to support training and operational systems within a VMware Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. The Content Tester will be responsible for validating, testing, and documenting digital training content, applications, and user experiences to ensure functionality, accessibility, accuracy, and compliance within a secure, modernized computing environment supporting our Navy client. As a Content Tester on our team, you will ensure training materials, applications, and virtual desktop resources function as intended across multiple VDI configurations and user scenarios. You will execute test plans, identify defects, document findings, and collaborate with technical and instructional teams to resolve issues affecting the user experience. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be critical in maintaining high-quality training content and ensuring system readiness in a mission-critical environment. You will monitor content performance, validate system functionality, and verify compatibility across virtual desktop environments. Your communication skills will be essential as you translate testing results into actionable feedback and provide clear documentation to stakeholders. Impact:
Execute functional, usability, and content validation testing within VMware Horizon VDI environments. Verify accuracy, completeness, formatting, and functionality of digital training content and applications. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing for content updates and system changes. Document test procedures, test results, defects, and recommended corrective actions. Validate content accessibility, navigation, links, media playback, and interactive elements. Monitor content performance across virtual desktops and identify compatibility issues. Collaborate with system administrators, instructional designers, developers, and stakeholders to resolve issues. Ensure testing activities comply with established quality standards, security requirements, and operational procedures. Assist with maintaining testing documentation, test scripts, and quality assurance records. What You'll Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
Clearance:
Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain one. Certification:
CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) or qualifying Bachelor's degree in a related field. High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience. General Experience:
in Content Testing and Quality Assurance, Technical Documentation Review, User Acceptance Testing, Defect Tracking and Reporting, and Enterprise Application Testing. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting testing activities within DoD network environments. Experience working in VMware Horizon, VMware vSphere, or similar VDI environments. Experience validating web-based training, e-learning platforms, or digital content delivery systems. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools. Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and validation procedures. Knowledge of DoD security compliance requirements, RMF, STIGs, and PKI. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant quality assurance or testing certifications are desirable. The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
