Job Summary Documentation Review :
Conduct thorough reviews of clinical and chart documentation to ensure compliance with Aegis policies, state and federal regulations, and payor requirements.
Quality Improvemen t:
Implement quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis and identified trends. Monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives.
Training and Support :
Provide training and guidance to clinical staff on documentation best practices, compliance standards, and quality improvement processes.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to relevant regulatory bodies. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
Collaboration :
Work closely with the Director of Quality Assurance and other department heads to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Leadership :
Lead and participate in quality assurance projects aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Desired SkillsQualifications 1+ year of home health, hospice, or other medical related experience preferred Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), Or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Required Credentials:
HCS-D and COS-C or HCS-O Excellent written and verbal communication skills Keen attention to detail Ability to work independently and complete tasks timely Demonstrate high level of contribution in accuracy, quality, completeness and volume of work Service oriented mindset Adaptive problem-solving skills Valid Driver's License (clean record)reliable transportation.
