Position Overview Quality Patient Centered Services (QPCS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Improvement Coordinator to support quality management initiatives within the Department of Human Services. This role is ideal for a professional with strong clinical experience and a passion for improving healthcare systems and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyze Quality Management Program reports and recommend corrective actions Conduct and coordinate quality management reviews and audits Lead and support staff in audit processes and compliance activities Provide training to medical and non-medical staff on quality improvement practices Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership to implement quality initiatives Maintain current knowledge through trainings, seminars, and professional development Participate in committees and ongoing quality improvement efforts Minimum Qualifications Current/valid Pennsylvania Nursing License or equivalent professional licensure (as determined by the Commonwealth) Minimum 3 years of professional clinical experience At least 2 years of quality improvement experience in a formal multifaceted quality management program Strong computer skills, including data management and reporting tools Why Join QPCS?
