ClassPass and Breethe Memberships What You'll Do Perform QA/QC reviews of ROW acquisition documents for projects prior to legal review and distribution
Review initial offer, final offer, and condemnation packets for accuracy and completeness
Verify consistency of documents with LTRs, project data, SOPs, and approved templates
Identify and flag discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation
Prioritize urgent review requests and manage daily deadlines
Maintain accuracy while completing reviews within established turnaround times
Coordinate with Document Specialists, Project Managers, title teams, and legal reviewers to resolve issues
Communicate required corrections and updates to relevant teams
Collaborate with QA/QC and Document Specialist teams on document workflows
Apply formatting standards, project-specific instructions, and internal QA/QC procedures during reviews
Train with Document Specialists to learn client-specific document requirements before transitioning fully into QA/QC responsibilities
Support high-volume document review workflows while meeting performance expectations We're Looking for Someone Who Strong attention to detail, especially with legally sensitive documents
Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) expertise
Ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in documentation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume workloads
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
Problem-solving and issue resolution skills
Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and shifting deadlines
Knowledge of document review processes and standards compliance
Familiarity with SOP adherence and template consistency
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy Minimum Requirements Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Quality Control or similar quality related disciplines Must include one (1) year of experience in the Right of Way industry Knowledge of quality assurance standards
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite specifically Excel and Word, Dropbox or equivalent
Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for benefits and employee travel reimbursements. Physical Requirements:
English language proficient. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in person, via phone and email. Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high amounts of computer usage, typing and document manipulation. Expected to spend long hours in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee occasionally is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. Rare travel is required.
