Support student success by coordinating and administering assessments within LLCC's centralized testing center. This position provides administrative and operational support for both computer-based and paper-based exams, ensuring a secure, efficient, and welcoming environment for a diverse community of learners. Serving as a key point of contact, this role promotes access, integrity, and a positive testing experience that reflects the College's commitment to student achievement As a staff member at LLCC, you can look forward to 23 paid holidays a year, including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid-semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; and 2 personal days, 15 sick days, and starting with 10 vacation days per year. LLCC staff, their spouse and qualified dependent children are eligible to use the tuition waiver on credited courses. Staff can also enjoy free access to our on-campus fitness center. Starting salary is likely to be between $38,514 and $44,253 per year with an excellent benefits package. The person hired into this position will be placed within this range based on education, training, experience, and skills. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer services and interpersonal skills Ability to make sound judgments and work independently Excellent technology skills Ability to successfully troubleshoot computer-related hardware issues and work with various peripherals Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check. Box 19256 Springfield, IL 62794 Description of Job Duty Perform a full range of administrative assistance in support of assigned operations and programs; post information to operational and student records; type, screen, proofread, and duplicate a wide variety of documents; receive, sort and route mail; sort and file documents and records according to predetermined classifications. This includes answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and assisting walk-in students. Essential Duty? Yes Description of Job Duty Administer and oversee tests according to strictly prescribed guidelines and standards; check examinee identification and rosters, distribute test material and monitor conduct of examinees. Yes Description of Job Duty Practice active proctoring as well as prepare and organize testing materials in accordance with individual testing requirements and with established testing protocol and guidelines; develop seating plans and prepare testing facility. Yes Description of Job Duty Assist Testing Coordinator with research projects to include: downloading reports from testing databases, sorting and classifying student placement scores and transcript analysis.
