Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our quality systems, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, compliance, and excellence are paramount. Duties Conduct comprehensive quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Perform regular quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, and other relevant quality management standards. Utilize calibration tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess dimensional accuracy and ensure measurement consistency. Monitor compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, CGMP guidelines, and other regulatory requirements relevant to the industry. Collect and analyze data related to quality control metrics, identifying trends and areas for process improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions based on inspection findings and audit results. Maintain detailed documentation of quality inspections, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans. Requirements Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in industries governed by
ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, or similar standards. Strong knowledge of quality systems such as QA/QC procedures, ISO 9001 standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Proficiency in using measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Familiarity with calibration procedures for precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and recommend effective solutions. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies. Ability to work meticulously with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
