$19+/hour
Schedule:
2nd Shift | Monday
  • Friday | 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM Our client provides a stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
They specialize in precision production processes and are committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining strong operational standards. They are looking for you, an experienced Quality Technician, to support production by ensuring product quality, performing inspections, and assisting with process improvements. This is a direct hire opportunity within a growing organization. What you get to do:
  • Support production teams on product quality issues and corrective actions
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve ongoing quality concerns
  • Review blueprints and specifications to ensure manufacturing feasibility
  • Perform dimensional inspections and maintain quality documentation
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Conduct capability studies and support process improvements
  • Communicate quality requirements across production teams
  • Interface with internal teams and customers regarding quality standards
  • Operate CMM equipment for inspection and measurement (as needed)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What you need to succeed:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong math skills, including ability to work with measurements and data
  • Experience with quality inspections and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with CMM equipment is a plus What's in it for you:
