As a key contributor, you will utilize precision measuring instruments and advanced vision inspection systems to perform thorough quality inspections, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold compliance across all manufacturing operations. Hours:
Sunday-Wednesday 8PM-6AM and Overtime when needed. $2,500 Sign-On Bonus on select positions!! Responsibilities Conduct detailed quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Perform regular quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collect and analyze data related to product dimensions, tolerances, and defect rates to identify trends and areas for process improvement. Support manufacturing teams by providing real-time feedback on quality issues and assisting in root cause analysis. Participate in calibration of precision measuring instruments and ensure all tools meet calibration standards. Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) to enhance overall product integrity. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing environments, preferably involving medical devices or regulated industries. Strong proficiency with calibration tools such as calipers, micrometers, vision systems, and other precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of
ISO 9001
requirements. Ability to perform detailed analysis using data collection techniques and interpret measurement results accurately. Experience conducting internal or external quality audits and supporting compliance initiatives. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks during night shifts effectively.
