Pay:
$80,000-100,000, based on experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality team and ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations. This role requires strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication with both internal teams and customers to support continuous improvement and product excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in weld quality, particularly with MIG and Flux Core welding processes, along with a strong background in manufacturing quality systems and inspections. Key Responsibilities Quality Management & Leadership Supervise and provide guidance to quality technicians, leads, and inspectors Establish daily, weekly, and monthly quality goals and monitor team performance Conduct training sessions on quality standards, procedures, and best practices Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements Inspection & Quality Control Oversee First Article Inspections (FAI) and approve fixtures, white samples, and pre-production builds Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards Develop and maintain inspection procedures, checklists, and quality documentation Ensure proper calibration and use of measuring equipment including: Verniers Calipers Check gauges Go/No-Go gauges Customer Quality Support Visit customer sites to inspect products and address quality concerns Investigate non-conformance issues and provide corrective action reports Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company regarding quality matters Collaborate with customer quality teams to implement preventive measures and maintain product consistency Compliance & Continuous Improvement Participate in customer and third-party audits Complete and maintain documentation required for
ISO 9001
