Textile Manufacturing Associates
  • 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift $17.12

71/hr. | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available Temp to Hire Provenance Recruitment and Staffing is currently seeking textile associates to join the production and warehouse teams at a textile manufacturing facility in Anderson, SC. This is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining and preparing yarn packages for the warping process to ensure efficient and continuous machine operation. Currently 1st and 3rd shift positions are available. 1st
Shift:
2-2-3 Schedule, 12-hour Day Shift, 8am
  • 8pm 2nd
Shift:
4:00 PM
  • 12:00 AM 3rd
Shift:
8-hour shifts, Sunday
  • Thursday, 11pm
  • 7am or 12am
  • 8am All 1st shift positions must be able to transfer to 2nd or 3rd shift after 3 months.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for servicing spinning and winding machines by replacing bobbins, feeding yarn into the machines, assisting with color and lot changes, and supporting overall production operations. These positions work closely as a team and are typically responsible for monitoring multiple machines at one time.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and prepare yarn packages on the creel for warping operations Repair broken ends and splice yarns using air splicer or approved methods Add or remove yarn ends as needed for production changes Inspect yarn and beams for quality issues during operation Maintain accurate production and material records Assist warper operators as needed to maintain production efficiency Follow all safety policies and immediately report any unsafe conditions or injuries Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of manufacturing or textile production experience (preferred) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Team-oriented with good communication skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production environment
