Opportunity to expand your skills in quality management and lean manufacturing. Full-time hours with stable, long-term potential. What's a typical day as Quality Control Inspector? You'll be: Ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to quality control. Adhering to daily workloads and priorities as determined by the QC Group Leader. Maintaining and calibrating all quality control equipment and instruments according to procedures. Completing accurate measurement reports and maintaining QC cards and samples. Testing products to ensure conformance to specifications, including new material and recertification processes. Addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally in coordination with the sales team and relevant departments. Engaging in effective internal and external communications with team members, management, and partners. Using internal computer programs (such as SAP) for reporting and documentation. Supporting lean management initiatives, including maintaining a clean and organized work area, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Participating in special projects as assigned. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School diploma or equivalent (required). Bring experience in quality control, quality management, or a related manufacturing environment. Possess knowledge of quality systems, lean management, and 5S practices. Are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to compliance and safety. Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. Are proficient in using internal computer systems (e.g., SAP) or are willing to learn. Are available to work 1st shift on a full-time basis.
