• , you will be part of the production team supporting fabrication and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + •Set up and operate CNC laser equipment to cut sheet and plate steel according to blueprints and work orders•+ •Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools•+ Load programs, stage materials, and make machine adjustments to maintain tolerance and quality standards + Complete routine preventative maintenance, including cleaning, fluid checks, and consumable changes + Move, tag, and stage finished material while completing required production and quality documentation •What's Needed?
• + •Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and production documentation accurately•+ •Basic math, computer, and troubleshooting skills•+ •Knowledge of CNC machining processes, steel materials, and quality standards (SPC preferred)•+ •Experience operating manufacturing equipment (laser, CNC, or similar)•+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices •What's in it for me?
