Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the highest standards in manufacturing excellence! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for conducting precise quality inspections, supporting quality assurance processes, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail and passion for quality will help drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to delivering top-tier products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced measurement tools and quality systems in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, and other relevant standards. Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for complex dimensional analysis and data collection to support quality control initiatives. Support manufacturing teams by identifying non-conformances through rigorous quality control and inspection procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, audit reports, and data logs to support traceability and continuous improvement efforts. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems (QMS) including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP protocols. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively. Skills Proficiency with Calypso software for data analysis and reporting related to quality metrics. Strong understanding of
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, CGMP, HACCP, and related industry standards. Experience operating precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret measurement data accurately. Knowledge of quality assurance (QA/QC), quality management principles, and conducting effective quality audits. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the application of quality control techniques within a production environment. Ability to perform detailed visual inspections using vision inspection systems; strong attention to detail is essential.
