Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the highest standards in manufacturing excellence! In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise quality inspections, supporting quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as
ISO 9001.
Your keen eye for detail and strong analysis skills will help maintain product integrity, improve processes, and uphold our commitment to delivering top-tier products to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement. Scope may include all traditional quality verification activities including, receiving and in-process inspection, test, audit and repair, continuous improvement, product launch, and quality system compliance. Responsibilities Sustain compliance to ISO/TS and Quality System requirements Collect, analyze, and report quality data, to identify problem areas and support corrective actions and improvements Execute quality activities including inspection, test, CMM operation and auditing Document development & maintenance associated with product and process design changes Support evaluation and disposition of incoming material Interact with all internal departments in day to day activities and support resolution of quality issues in a timely, cost effective and productive manner Experience/Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment.

Detail-oriented High level of integrity Strong analytical and problem solving skills Able to work well with people across multiple functions Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of production and manufacturing methods and procedures, material handling, inspections and quality control Familiar with inspection and test methods, statistical and graphical presentation Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and databases) Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation Schedule 2nd shift: Mon•Fri / 3pm to 11:30am 3rd shift: Sun•Thurs / 11pm to 7:30am
Pay:
$18.50•$20.00 per hour
