Job Description
Position Overview Responsible for ensuring acceptable service and product quality. Assures that all AS 9100-2016 and
ISO 9001-2015
requirements are met. Assists in improving Supplier performance in FAI and Quality Management Systems. Customer care for all formal and informal customer requirements. Essential Job Functions- Ensure MSG maintains
AS 9100-2016, ISO
9001-2015 and customer specific requirements compliance.- Plan and maintain QA procedures and processes.
- Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System.
- Maintain the Calibration system.
- Make sure incoming material is processed expeditiously and paperwork routed to correct department.
- Ensure quality of all products and services provided by or to MSG.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
- Operate and program CMM, Manual Arm CMM, or Scanner with PC-DMIS or Polyworks Inspector.
- Inspect parts, assemblies and finished products to specifications and drawings with only general supervision. Accountabilities

- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a related field.
- Perform tasks of ISO Internal Auditor.
- Knowledge of quality systems, to include AS 9100-2016 and
ISO 9001-2015.
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good organizational & communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic metrology layouts.
- Ability to travel. Desirable Qualifications
- Understand machining and welding requirements and processes.
- Basic computer skills.
- Tow motor operation.
