REQUIRED

•Experience with electrical testing/reporting documentation preferred•Strong organizational and data entry skills required This position will support our operations team by maintaining project documentation, tracking reports, assisting with invoicing support, and coordinating documentation with field technicians. ✅

Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining project documentation and reporting files Reviewing reports for completeness and accuracy Tracking reporting deliverables for invoicing and project closeout Organizing test records, change orders, and customer deliverables Coordinating with field personnel for missing documentation ✅

Ideal Candidate:

Has experience in the electrical, testing, or field services industry Is detail-oriented and organized Can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Has experience handling technical reports and documentation
