In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and staff on inspection procedures and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. Participate in audits and assessments as required. Assist in the development and refinement of inspection protocols and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection or quality assurance roles. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to inspections. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
