We are recently part of the KB Components global company based out of Sweden. We are looking for an experienced QC Inspector to join our Texas team! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector specializing in Injection Molding to join our dynamic manufacturing team 1 position on 2nd Shift (evening shift) available.

Monday-Thursday:
2:15PM-10:45
PM Friday:
11:45-5:45PM In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards through meticulous inspection and analysis. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry regulations, uphold quality systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality molded components that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections of injection-molded parts to fit customer specifications. Using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, and regulations including FDA guidelines. Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, specifically in injection molding or plastics processing. Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques using calipers, micrometers, vision systems, Familiarity with industry standards such as
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed data collection, analysis skills, and generate comprehensive reports. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers; experience with vision inspection systems is a plus. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively across departments and ensure adherence to quality standards.
