Full Job Description Job Requirements:
Experience with Excel spreadsheets Experience with Outlook High level of organization skills (computer documents, files, information, keeping in order and well organized) Forklift expertise a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required High school Diploma or GED required. Experience with computers and data entry
REQUIRED.
Duties & Responsibilities Perform receiving inspection activities on supplier parts. Document and file results of receiving inspection activities. Review defects with vendors. Create and send supplier scrap reports. Document cost recovery trend. Organize and file rejection/scrap/ information. Support manufacturing departments with containments/inspections of supplier parts. Always practice Safety protocols (including LOTO, and PPE) Be able to identify quality issues and address each issue appropriately Have strong problem-solving capabilities, prioritize activities to coordinate with customer requirements. To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment. To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement. Follow Company policies and display conduct expected of IAC employees as described in the Work Plant Rules and Work Safety Rules. To meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of IAC. Participate and support all lean, continuous improvement programs, initiatives, and activities. Assist operations to meet or exceed daily production goals and departmental objectives as directed. Daily process audits based on product audit schedule and requirements Create Quality Alerts and communication flow down Containment participation Work overtime as needed in accordance with Company Policy Perform all assigned tasks per the SOP (standard operating procedures), manufacturing alerts, safety alerts and quality alerts. Perform other duties as assigned.
