The Quality Assurance Analyst is a highly self-motivated and organized individual with a passion and desire to ensure organizational compliance with specific requirements. The Quality Assurance Analyst provides systematic monitoring reviews to ensure that Agency operations are in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and policies and procedures. Essential Function Monitors assigned program/service area to determine ongoing compliance with applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations, contractual agreements, and Agency policies and procedures. Occurring monthly, quarterly, or as needed Develop and utilize monitoring tools as needed to support and document compliance reviews Develop working knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, and processes including local, state, federal, and contractual requirements in order to proactively assess assigned organizational compliance Review and make recommendations regarding Agency-wide policies and procedures for accuracy, clarity, and consistency Researches and compiles responses for various compliance reports Establish and maintain professional working relationships with external/internal contacts Prepare and present related compliance reports to management identifying areas of noncompliance and maintains complete, organized and accessible compliance records Provide technical assistance to program and administrative staff to document and improve processes Completes required records/reports Reliable transportation for travel up to 50% of the tim
