We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with experience in CNC machine operation, quality control, and manufacturing environments. This position is responsible for operating CNC fabrication equipment, inspecting fabricated components for compliance with drawings and specifications, maintaining quality records, and supporting production efforts to ensure customer and industry standards are met. Responsibilities Operate CNC fabrication equipment and assist with production processes as needed Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, specifications, and cut lists Perform dimensional inspections using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools Verify fabricated parts meet project requirements and quality standards Conduct in-process and final inspections of structural steel components Document inspection results and maintain quality records Identify and report quality concerns, non-conformances, and production issues Assist with weld inspections and material verification Coordinate with production personnel to ensure quality expectations are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company safety procedures and quality control processes Qualifications Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred Quality Control (QC) inspection experience preferred Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints Strong understanding of measuring tools and dimensional inspection techniques Experience in structural steel fabrication or manufacturing preferred Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Schedule & Compensation Full-Time Position Day Shift Overtime Opportunities Available Production Bonus Pay Opportunities Available Competitive Pay Based on Experience Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
