Job Description

Regal Staffing Services is hiring for •Quality Assurance Inspector •in the Carrollton area!
Pay Rate:
$20-23.00 /hr
DOE Shift:
1st Shift (7:00am-3:30 PM, Monday - Friday) Must be flexible for overtime as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect products during key stages of assembly. Maintain and update in-process inspection checklists. Report critical in-line issues and challenges; develop clear visual guides for the assembly team. Issue quality alerts for product or process non-conformances found on the production line. Detect and correct defects immediately. Submit Non-Conformance Notices (NCNs) and support the Director of Quality with weekly NCN follow-ups. Manage the MRB (Material Review Board) process, conduct real-time root cause analysis, and execute immediate dispositions. Provide feedback to design and manufacturing engineers to improve drawings and work instructions. Offer suggestions to improve product quality and overall process performance.
Requirements:
Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges 1-2 years' experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct defects quickly. Working knowledge of root cause analysis and MRB procedures.
